Murano

Flowing surfaces, as simple as the material they are made of. The perimeter frame is designed to resemble the frame of a work of art: the “bevelled” section provides a discreet yet elegant frame. The doors, available in several glass finishes, reveal the contents with an elegant, fresh style. In the sliding and flush sliding versions, they feature a horizontal profile to match the frame, available in Palladio and Canna di Fucile finishes: a delicate, refined detail that highlights the surfaces and accentuates the structure.

Corinto

The elegant sculpted form of the Corinto table, entirely crafted in marble, is stunningly unique with its modern balance of material and geometry. Made entirely of marble, it is uniquely appealing with its fresh new balance of material and geometric design. The top and legs are made of marble slabs finished along the entire thickness. Subtle 9.5 mm overhangs, facing inwards, add movement and dynamism. The legs stand firmly on the ground to enhance the effect of material lightness and the vertical sections interlock softly and perfectly with the horizontal sections. An iron support frame that also allows quick, easy, correct assembly guarantees structural stability.

Bricola

Sleek elegant lines. The structure of this bed – in solid wood round sections with metal tips – evokes the “bricole” of the Venetian lagoon, defining the space around it and laying down its coordinates. The headboard also stands out as a lightly padded fabric panel with a linear design, and a distinctive yet sensitive character. Available options include the version with legs and the tall bed frame version, available with storage box. The cover can be customised with the fabrics of the Pianca collection.

Cornice

Elegant and sophisticated, the Cornice sideboard borrows its name from the eponymous wardrobe in the Pianca collection, scaling down its salient features to suit its new purpose. The element that gives the unit its character is the frame that runs round the edges of all the panels, punctuating the structure and drawing attention to the run of modules. Just as stylish, but slightly more eccentric, is the hinged lid style opening of the doors on each end, a eature also found on Pianca ‘s new collection of wardrobes. This design detail is sure to make Cornice even more of a statement piece, allowing it to fulfil its destiny and take centre stage in the room rather than be confined just to its closed form. An attractive option is covering the doors and top in synthetic leather.

Sipario

Curtains dissolve to reveal elegance, order and refinement on stage. Sipario is made up of wardrobe modules without doors that can be unrestrictedly put together to suit individual practical requirements and aesthetic preferences. In the framed version, the vast array of finishes is enhanced by a wide frame that gives the arrangement an even warmer and more sophisticated appeal. Fushimi Lounge

Italian craftsmanship fuses with Japanese style in an armchair deeply infused with references and tactile experiences. A new complement is added to the Fushimi collection. A tale of expectations derives from the tangential relationship between the joints. Leather wraps around wood, renewing an ancient collaboration: evocation of new relationships between material and colour. A reinterpretation of the Fushimi bed, the Fushimi lounge armchair builds on the dominating features of its own inspiration, starting with how the luxurious solid wood is machined and finished. Designed with simplicity, naturalness and proportion, the Fushimi Lounge chair has a wooden structure that is both concealed and exposed in symbiosis with the main leather section whose meticulous craftsmanship is utterly inviting.

Naan

Sometimes, the secret lies in simplicity. That is how it is for the renowned Indian naan bread, and so it is for the armchair of the same name, designed by Federica Biasi: a compact, embracing volume with soft, gentle contours. The structure develops from a square base with rounded corners into one single block form, projecting it into the space, with no interruption, creating an inviting volume. Slim, tapered armrests and backrest enclose a generous seat. The absence of voids gives the armchair a precise, elegant look of balanced form and geometry, both visible and invisible. The Naan armchair is also available as a swivel chair and is a product that suits any space, conceived for home living areas, public spaces and hospitality venues. Its intrinsic simplicity makes it a piece of furniture that matches a wealth of decor styles.

Confluence

Experimentation on metal, which has always characterized Lust’s work, encounters Pianca’s experience in woodwor-king, giving life to a fluid and organic structure. The steel structure is sinuous thanks to its curves, and at the same time dynamic, giving the impression of having maintained the malleable consistency of the molding pro- cess the material underwent. With a fluid movement, the steel legs converge, suppor- ting the top, which seems to levitate. The myriad of finishings allows the tables – rectangular, round and elliptical – to adapt to different styles.

Orchestra

Merging a classic aesthetic and a contemporary approach to the use of wood, Orchestra emerges as a chair that conveys the idea of familiarity and reliability through a sophisticated and painstakingly controlled language. Philippe Tabet has cleverly produced such a refined and interesting design that Orchestra is eloquent and attractive from any angle. With their square section, the rear legs are splayed out slightly, morphing into armrests as they travel upwards, drawing a curving and beautifully tactile outline. These unbroken lines lend a clean,
cohesive look to the resulting whole. The ergonomic design of the padded seat provides comfort, wrapping round and supporting the body. Orchestra is perfect for any room of the home, from the kitchen to the study or even the bedroom, and also comes in a version without armrests, addition to the office.

Cornice

The slim, uninterrupted line of the frame draws a discreet and minimal outline. In lacquered or black anodized aluminium, it punctuates the run of vertical modules or tends to blend in when coordinated with the surface finish of the doors available in lacquered glass, mirror, wood and textured finishes as well as man-made leather and matt or gloss lacquers. Long and slightly angled, the handle is designed to form a line that carries on from the frame, giving the door an elegant, linear appeal and offering an excellent grip to any type of hinged, sliding and flush sliding door.

Fushimi

Harmony, balance and light-looking frames are inspired by the Japanese culture. Minimalist, elegant lines design an understated yet evocative bed. Solid ash or walnut wood is elaborately processed. Milled and turned with the skill of a craftsman, it becomes perfectly smooth and rounded. The headboard and the mattress base – that contains a structural base consisting of curved beech beech wood slats – are padded and upholstered.

Domenica

As a tribute to Sunday, the day of rest, the Domenica bed invites you to relax and recline in a solid, warm and protective embrace. A bed where you can relax, read and recline at leisure, gently cocooned by the soft shapes of a structure that creates a safe, intimate corner. One single continuous line draws a delicate, organic silhouette. The exposed zip, is a key feature of the bed profile, transforming the zip from a functional element to a distinctive detail. The bed contour widens majestically and then curves downwards in a sharp diagonal as if to close the shape in order to protect, conceal or shelter. It is more than a bed. It is a place and to some extent also a piece of interior architecture conceived as a place to set one’s emotions at rest. The metal base adds further lightness to the structure, giving it the appearance of floating in space. There is an optional underbed container for better organisation of storage.

Anteprima

Every day of our lives – as well as on special occasions – we repeat the ritual of choosing what clothes to wear and which shoes and accessories to use with them. Anteprima has been designed to accompany and inspire our choices. Practical, fascinating elements allow unsurpassable freedom of arrangement and can be customised in a wide range of finishes to meet the most demanding requests. Available with or without back panels, the structure can be completed by lots of different modular elements such as shelves, drawer units, suspended cubbies and hangers.

Cubo

Versatile and multi-functional, Cubo lends a helping hand in any home. With its moderate size and minimalist shape it is a precious piece of occasional furniture, perfect for the living room and bedroom alike. It can be used as a practical living room pouf, an extra seat, a desk seat, an original bedside unit or a footrest and is available fixed or provided with castors. Its removable cover is available in over 200 finishes selected from our collection of fabrics or in non-removable leather or eco-leather.

Norma

Elegant, minimalist and refined style feature in the Norma sideboard. The smart, sleek design has a very modern, refined appeal. Surface continuity is one of Norma’s most important features. This is where we got the idea for wrapping the entire structure with one continuous panel, which creates a luxurious monolithic effect. Following this creative direction are the lack of handles or grips, replaced here by an elegantly simple push-to-open system. With a host of different finishes for the base and choice of high gloss and matt lacquered coloures, wood, glass and mirrored finishes as well as the original natural slate finish, the unit changes appearance according to individual preferences.

Amante

Inspired by a classic style with a contemporary appeal and linked by a brilliant design that definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Traditional charm comes together using a topical, refined aesthetic language with vintage undertones. Light volumes, precious and significant finishes – such as the hand-pleated headboard finish – make this model equally elegant and majestic in the plain-headboard version as well. The graceful bed frame rails are in fluted, lacquered wood and accommodate the soft, padded frame of the bed base.

Ala

Light, solid, rigorous. Ala is a “floating desk”: practical and functional thanks to its sleek pencil drawers. The concept was born from a simple desk concept but it then evolved into a sophisticated and attractive design piece which can be used in any type of environment. It is attached to a wooden, wall hanging panel. The desk is equipped with full extension glides so you can access the full depth of the drawers. Ala can be used with both our People and Spazio collections.

Woody

Woody features clean-cut, minimalist geometric shapes and astounding proportions. It can be all of three metres long without needing to be propped up along the way or interrupted. The top is made of a single plank with 45° bevelled edges. The straight, slim, solid wood legs slot into the top following its inclination. Woody’s rigorous, minimalist design can be custom-sized to the centimetre.

Boston

Dignified, with its harmonious combination of traditional and contemporary features, Boston adds character to any room. The large cushions define a linear, refined design with a shape that tends to be square. The backrest can be plain with a removable cover or feature deepbuttoned upholstery, a precious handmade technique performed by master upholsterers. The base consists of tall, matt, burnished metal feet. Linear, side, corner and peninsula modules are available as well as a chaise longue, an armchair and an ottoman.

Ella

Versatile, elegant, curvy. The design of the Ella chair balances style and function. It’s contemporary, sophisticated and inviting, perfect for private and public spaces. The seat and back rest are part of a single padded chair volume, opening out to offer comfortable, snug support. The tubular steel base encircles and supports the shell, creating a casual, dynamic chair with an agile, curvy design. The stype is enhanced with subtle details like random wrinkles on the back and gros grain trim in either matching or contrasting colours. Ella is also available as a 4-spoke base swivel chair, perfect for contract decor schemes.

Gamma

The broken lines and the vivid colours enrich the differences between the bases, which are light and steady. The signature feature is its seat: the shape, reminiscent of the cross-section of an egg, is designed to be comfortable and cocooning, in both the rigid lacquered version and the padded version with non-removable or loose covers, available in fabric, leather and synthetic leather. The base is the variable and comes in three versions: metal pylon, solid wooden slanted legs and tubular base.

Brema

A sideboard of many faces, Brema is all about unfussy lines and formal elegance while giving you the utmost freedom to tailor the look and function of the piece to your individual tastes. An incredible array of material, with a choice of refined belt leather handles or the more minimalist push-to-open door system, open and closed storage units make alternation of solids and spaces possible: Brema is the fantasy of those who want to model their sideboard around their personal use requirements and their individual sense of style.

Spazioteca

Arranging a customised space for everything, creating distinctive combinations and balancing open and closed spaces: Spazioteca is the synergy of order, rhythm and proportion. The classic bookcase concept opens up to new versatile possibilities, providing a place to store objects, books and a TV screen, dividing areas of the home and integrating home office solutions. It is the first modular system with side panels, shelves, back panels and dividers with 1 cm pace as standard, and compartments with no visible holes or hardware. Every composition has the same dynamic, lightweight design, custom-made to meet every need.

Delta

Beauty, stability and elegance mingle in a mix of equilibria and materials from which Delta is born. The gently tapered base makes the table harmonious and light, while fulfilling a static function for a structure with ultimate stability and sturdiness. The table top perfectly exploits the table base surface. Overall the finished table looks light and unconfined, creating a sensation of openness and excellent use of space. Delta was designed to fit in with the look and function of a living room, kitchen or even a study.

Mambo

Occasional tables of different heights and sizes, all sharing the same elegant structure and elegant details. Mambo is an ample, versatile collection of different table solutions, perfect as a coffee table, console table or side table. Contrasting finish leg shoes add distinctive character to the tubular steel table legs, while a small joint marks the intersection of the tubular cross frame beneath. The top, in various sizes and shapes – a rounded square, ellipse or circular – is available in a wood with inlay work or marble finish, machined to achieve a matt horizontal surface and polished edges, or wood veneer with milled black MDF. The collection is completed by a round pouf, available in two sizes, with gros grain cushion trim.

Spazio

Platea

Inviting, elegant and bold: Platea is a modern interpretation of the traditional bergère. Emilio Nanni harmoniously balances its parts by putting the emphasis on the height and width of the backrest while keeping its thickness moderate. The design creates a solid, formal impact through a synthesis that develops the dynamic relationship between straight and curved lines. Thanks to its padding featuring different comfort zones, the wide seat ensures excellent support. The upholstery cover stands out for its blanket stitching and is available in all the
leathers and fabrics of the Pianca collection, including manmade leathers. The base is made up of a tubular structure that follows the contours of the armchair and finishes up on eclectic brass shoes. It is definitely a distinguishing element and is available in all the metal finishes and matt lacquers of the range. A cabinet able to welcome anything but, at the same time, able to personalize a room. A double feature for this sideboard, it doesn’t pass unnoticed with its simple design and it solves containing issues in any home. The doors, thin and protruding from the structure, are fixed to hidden hinges and put together beauty and need. Its modular solutions help solve successfully containing needs in any space. Ginevra enters in the living area and becomes the principal piece, giving elegance and class to the entire room.

Logos

The Logos collection extends, spawning a new and prestigious sideboard collection. With the development of this project, which has ventured beyond the bedroom into the living area, Pianca cements its reputation as a company offering “total living” solutions. The front part of the modules is a composition of offset, overlaid inter-communicating elements, an homage to artist and designer Bruno Munari, who conducted a lengthy study of the spatial effects deriving from placing coloured surfaces together. Contrasting colours can be used on the outside and inside surface, combining to create different looks that can range from playful to elegant according to individual tastes.

Domino

A desk, a workstation, as well as a table. Domino has its own identity: formal and functional, it can be used in various ways and places. It can be perfectly integrated with the People and Spazio collections with which it shares the finishes and design traits: minimal, essential design manufactured with Pianca’s unique “folding” system. Domino is available in many dimensions and configurations: as a free-standing desk it is available with two wooden sides or with metal legs; as an integrated desk it can be anchored to a wall.

Amalfi

Like a treasure chest, the Amalfi wardrobe opens up to reveal its inner secrets. Not just clothes and shelves, but a home office niche for an unexpected, intimate workspace solution. The Ala desk with drawers, the shelves and open modules create a functional, compact workspace, discreetly stowed away behind doors that conceal forms and functions. Clever little details of cabinet-making brilliance, smart use of hidden lighting and integration of the most modern solutions for office space, make Amalfi the perfect aid for interpreting the fluidity of life right now, rather than a hybrid of different genres. Full length door handles, coordinated or contrasting with the door, enhance the linear geometric wardrobe design. Besides the classic opening styles, Amalfi is available with a special hinge for 180° door opening, recalling the hinges on doors and fine furniture in past times.

People

This collection of sideboards is an offshoot of the extensive people system range. The distinctive mitre-folding, which results in seamless carcasses and easy-grip edges, gives the sideboards an extremelye polished appearance in their use of clean lines and formal simplicity. Its multiple expressive and composite possibilities, change and expand in space and time, to satisfy the demand of quality of people’s future houses, thanks to the superior quality of the materials and to the extreme care we put in assembling the pieces.

Alunna

Emilio Nanni’s creativity and experience have come together in Alunna, the ideal companion to the Maestro table, with which it shares the inspirational and conceptual blueprint. The distinguishing trait shared by both designs is the segment, seen as a primary geometric entity and as an iconic structural element. In the Alunna chair, the contrast between the reticular structure of the base and the soft seat creates a striking marriage: pure, refined, sophisticated. The four tubular legs connect together, echoing the design of the Maestro’s legs, but adopting a less radical, less angular solution: the metal finishes highlight their delicate intertwining and set off the padded upholstered seat. The stitching detail and two-tone upholstery give Alunna an eloquent appeal, making it a desirable object for any room of the home as well as an embellishing addition to the office.

Piumotto

The cosy warmth of a comfortable nest: generous, wraparound volumes suggest total relaxation. Harmoniously punctuated by a vertical rhythm, this bed’s proportions express themselves to the utmost degree in the headboard that embraces the entire height of the bed frame. The large, one-metre high cushion with its generous feather filling is a soft support for the head and back. This bed is available in the divan version, padded and upholstered in removable fabric, leather or man-made leather.

Icaro

Icaro makes an elegant addition to any room with its adaptable and minimal look, while staying true to its distinctive character and stability. The dynamism of this coffee table is enhanced by the range of available sizes and variety of finishes. Unless Ferruccio Laviani

Regular, symmetrical geometrical designs evoke a reassuring sense of order. The modular Unless bookcase plays around with the idea of repetition, offering structures that can easily be expanded horizontally or vertically, created from one basic module. A simple slot-in mechanism creates spatial repetitions with subtle, minimal design, that blend into their setting in a very natural way. The Unless bookcase also makes a stunning room divider with the additional possibility of fitting small drawers.

Raggio

Lush, eccentric and elegant, embellishments steal the show. Vertical incisions run across the surface of the door, alternating like discontinuous rays of light that sketch dynamic, parallel lines. Gloss or matt, they beautify the glass or mirrored door surfaces. The handles run along the whole height of the inner door edge and come in a lacquered aluminium or metallic finish.

Ettore and Ettorino

Sculptural, symbolic, bold: the table stem from a desire to have fun assembling three classic, primary, geometric elements in an ironic way. Ettore pays homage to master designer Ettore Sottsass, a visionary pursuer of design that would break the traditional aesthetic rules, going beyond the purely ornamental and venturing into the realm of emotional, social as well as aesthetic experimentation. The intention behind the Ettore table was to pay tribute to this philosophy and to aggregate, surprise and stimulate. The central leg, monumental in size, tapers at the base to produce a lighter look and suggest an ironic contrast between the parts and an unexpected effect, fooling the eyes into believing it doesn’t touch the ground. The effect is emphasized by the choice of materials: the shiny metal of the plate forming the base reflects the leg, producing the illusionary impression that the table is suspended and precariously balanced. Going back to their childhood, Calvi Brambilla drew inspiration from the playful principle of the roly-poly toy. The two designers successfully paired the idea of the toy with the vision espoused by Pianca, champion of an elegant, pared-back language punctuated by premium materials and finishes.

Inari

Inspired by one of Kyoto’s most important sacred places, the Inari family of furniture is closely linked to the Fushimi series, sharing the same conceptual roots and main characteristics of form and style. Symmetry, lightness, a tylishness in its details and cleanliness of line make Inari a series marked by elegant, pared-back forms. The meticulous woodworking of the ash, which is milled and turned, creates an extraordinary continuity between the surfaces both to the touch and to the eye, highlighting the old-fashioned craftsmanship that has gone into its making. All edges are rounded and, with the sinuousness of its joints, there are no sharp disconnects between the base and upper structure. Both products offer plenty of scope for customization.

Fushimi

Philippe Tabet produces the Fushimi family of furniture, closely linked to the Inari series, inspired by one of Kyoto’s most important sacred places: the Fushimi Inari temple. The simplicity and harmony of these architectural elements so dear to Japanese culture struck a chord with the designer, who has chosen to echo the structure, traditionally formed of two vertical columns supporting a horizontal post on top. As a reinterpretation of this arrangement on a much smaller scale, Fushimi makes it the key feature of its design. Solid ash wood is the hero of each piece, lovingly milled and turned so that there are no sharp edges, instead displaying a delicate tactility. The same meticulous care is also evident in the joints, softly delineated to ensure the lines flow with unbroken continuity and connect the parts for a harmoniously seamless look. Symmetry, balance, elegance and formal minimalism form the underlying theme of Fushimi, which effectively conveys an idea of lightness and essentiality.

Time

Vintage elegance with a modern soul. Time offers a modern take on the traditional sofa. Dainty and moderately-sized, its forms add a touch of charm to any room. Its tapered armrests and base give it an elegant, slender appearance. The solid wood feet feature a wood finish or are available in the collection’s matt lacquer colours. The plain or quilted backrest can be complemented by cylindrical headrests. The wide range of modules is perfect to create a great variety of combinations. Also available in the bed version with a floor-standing structure.

Maestro

There is further collaboration with Emilio Nanni, who previously designed Haik and Asolo for Pianca. His architectural training and experience, combined with his versatile expression of his creativity as designer and artist, lead him to create iconic, highly eloquent designs, like the Maestro table. Perfectly balanced between the geometric concept and structural stability, Maestro affirms itself as the synthesis of those forces and achieves its style from this comparison and encounter. The segment becomes the main design feature, while, overall, it traces out a design that recalls the cross beams of architectural trusses. The structure is available in solid wood and painted metal, while the table top options are smoked glass, wood and natural cement.

Regina

Soft and inviting, Regina is an upholstered armchair with oversize volumes, perfect for either the living room or bedroom. The organic design features generous, curvy shapes, while special polyurethane padding ensures unrivalled softness. The result is snuggling into a warm, reassuring, textural embrace. The discreet feet, a solid support, echo the curvy shapes of the seat.

Vista

The perfect item to complement Pianca walk-in closets; available in multiple finishes these doors create an osmotic division between spaces. Formal cleanliness, lightness, modularity down to the centimeter make Vista a minimal and extremely versatile door system. The main feature is the total absence of frames, in both versions of these doors, in wood and in glass. Single or double track, the structure of the aluminum rails can be fixed to the wall, ceiling or recessed, for an incredible concealed effect.

Delano Up

Elegance, sophistication, compositional freedom. The evolution of the Delano sofa, with its trademark sleek, sophisticated design, Delano Up expands the compositional choices and custom options with new elements. The additional modules, a square quilted pouf, triangular pouf, open end and love seat modules, allow you to create a huge range of custom configurations to meet a broad range of functional and style requirements. The absence of front stitching give the sofa a more elegant look. The fabric lays softly over the backrest and seat like a second skin, accentuating the volumes and geometric forms.

Icona

A linear, versatile design sporting sophisticated details. Icona conveys its personality by pairing understated beauty with expressiveness. The handle – recessed into the wood panel – is a distinctive, refined accent that can be customised to suit individual tastes: choose from bright or more neutral lacquer colours, with classic or more sophisticated metallic finishes, in glossy or matt version. Lacquered, in wood or with a textured finish, the doors come in the hinged, sliding and flush sliding versions.

Eden

Pianca offers an extensive range of ottomans, differing in size, material, colour and shape: square, rectangular, round and trapezoidal. Catering to all manner of requirements, they sit happily any setting, from a classic to a more modern interior, from the largest of rooms to the tightest of spaces. Depending on the material chosen for the upholstery and depending on the model, the cover may be fixed or removable. Some models can also be producein a finely tufted buttoned version.

Abaco

The simplicity of its design conceals interesting and well-gauged geometric and constructive choices that explore and exploit the theme of the circle and symmetry. The base is composed of three slender metal legs, connected by a spoked structure that also supports the top, which can be raised for use as a handy tray, separated from the structure by a simple gesture. The combinations of finishes for the top and base can be playful or elegant, just as the combinations of multiple tables from the Abaco series can be varied and original.

Mambo

A compact, elegant and comfortable design: Laurie is a tribute to the best Italian tradition reinterpreted in a contemporary key by the Calvi Brambilla studio. The fresh appeal of its image is achieved using elementary, cocooning, geometric shapes connected by a generous amount of formal minimalism. Its distinctive shape consists of a lower shell and a large, curved, backrest attached using a simple mechanism borrowed from the automobile industry. Its cosy, almost motherly volumes invite you to sit down and relax. The base offers an informal and agile support to the frame with its four, slanting legs that are more reminiscent of a chair than of an armchair, making Laurie extremely versatile and adapting it to any room, from the reception room to the bedroom. Extensive customisation options contribute to its versatility. To satisfy any taste, numerous combinations can be achieved using the many finishes available for the base and cover.

Just as if they were arranged in a personal boutique, your objects and garments must be enhanced and exhibited with elegance and order. The glass doors, defined by a Canna di Fucile or Palladio frame, set off and add a finishing touch to arrangements. The visible interior accessories show off their great ability to efficiently organise spaces with style. The hinged doors come with special pivot hinges that can open at a 180° angle.

Wooden Wall Panels

Creativity and personal taste have plenty of room to express themselves. Planning the bedroom is a matter of composing surfaces and choosing their characteristics using a modular wood panelling system. Available matt or high gloss lacquered, soft touch, in wood, with textured finishes, faced with stone, padded or upholstered in fabric or leather, our panels can be fitted with rear lighting and spacers in metallic, lacquered or wood finishes. They can be coordinated with all Pianca platform beds and integrated with other modules such as shelves and storage units.
